Who does TJ Consultancy Fiji work with?

Engagements range from short reviews to long-term mandates.
Is the first consultation really confidential and without obligation?
Yes. The initial conversation is free, carries no obligation, and is treated as confidential whether or not we proceed. Where sensitive information is involved, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before the discussion.
How are fees structured?
Fees are agreed transparently before work begins and matched to the engagement: fixed fees for defined deliverables, retainers for ongoing advisory, and — where appropriate on facilitation mandates — success-based structures that align our reward with your result.
Can you introduce us to investors or guarantee funding?
We identify and introduce credible parties, prepare projects to investment standard and support negotiations — and our banking background materially improves how proposals are received. No reputable advisor can guarantee funding outcomes, and we don’t. What we offer is preparation and access that give viable projects their best chance.
Do you provide legal, accounting or licensed investment advice?
No. TJ Consultancy Fiji provides strategic advisory, project-development and facilitation services. Where licensed legal, accounting, tax, valuation, engineering or regulated investment advice is required, we coordinate input from appropriately qualified specialists — a coordination role that is itself one of our core services.
Do you work outside Fiji?
Yes. The practice is based in Nadi, Fiji, with substantial experience in Papua New Guinea and connections across the wider Pacific. International clients are supported remotely and on the ground as required.
What size of project or business do you take on?
The common thread is seriousness rather than size: from owner-managed businesses seeking a sharper strategy to development concepts in the tens of millions. If the objective is genuine and the fundamentals are workable, the conversation is worth having.
